Over the past years, I have been a tourist, a backpacker and I have been a long term traveller. This year was the first time that I have experienced being a Road Tripper. This year we have been on a 2 month Europe Road trip which led to 11 countries around the continent.

The experience of being on the road with your own car is a totally different story when compared to the other types of travelling. The freedom that a Road Trip has to offer is so nothing compared to when you are a tourist on a tour or a backpacker on a train. You are free. You can explore off the beaten track places, discover hidden non-touristic gems and be independent.
